Scrapbook Journaling For The Modern Woman
Scrapbook journaling is a fantastic way for modern women to indulge into some “me” time. Let’s face it, we all need time to ourselves and nobody is more on the go than women of today. We juggle job, family, household, shopping, education, weekends and holidays and if it wasn’t for some recreation time every now and then we would most likely just collapse into a heap and never get up again, let alone say “Thank You!”
Scrapbook journaling will allow you to take some time for yourself while creating something beautiful and special that shows your appreciation for your blessings. All you need for this is a quiet place, some time for yourself, a notebook or scrapbook pages, a pen and inspiration.
For example, you could design:
- a simple abundance gratitude journal
- a digital scrapbook journal using software
- a holiday scrapbook journal
- a special keepsake scrapbook journal, or more
Either of these ideas are mere prompts to get you started. Once you are well on your way you might even like to hook up with friends and journal together. It could be a great way to catch up with your friends while being creative at the same time.
I connected with some of my friends before using scrapbooking and journaling and it always ended up being a fabulous time. Include some nibbles and your favorite beverage and you’ll have not only the perfect scrapbook journaling situation for modern women but also a fun and effective way to express your gratitude. Scan or photograph a page and mail it to participate in the Postcard Project!
